Ah, rain. Some are frightened by sounds in the night. Here in our desert crickets serenade us in the darkness all summer long. Last night, just after the orange waxing moon set among clouds, the rain came. Sweet, gentle, long lasting rain falling down and lulling me to sleep.

About Me

- Name: Meg
- Location: Mariposa, Sierra Foothills, CA, United States
I'm always interested in new adventures and ideas. Now it's time for a big turn of the page and I'm opting for major change. I enjoyed doing work exchange in Europe for a time: southern France, North Italy, west Ireland. Lavender fields, olive groves, market gardens, farms, sacred/ancient places, mineral baths, ocean beaches, mountain views...If you want some experienced help with your homestead or project let me know. I have many skills and interests. Now I have moved to California and stepped away from the desert landscape I have lived in for many years.
