Hey! It's raining again. Looking good for spring wildflowers. Soon the filaree will be out and Mexican goldpoppies will show in March with just a bit more moisture.
The Women of the Wild will be gathering in Brown Canyon next weekend, sharing herbal lore and performing ceremonies for the earth. In April will come the week of southwestern herbs and foods for a lucky 14 people who sign up first. See desertbounty.com for details and photos.

Came across your site when I was looking for information on growing herbs in the desert. Nice site. Your last comment is about going to Europe. This is my cousin's site:

She does some similar things to you.
Good luck with your travels.

My travels went well in Europe and I am back in Arizona until June. I'm enjoying the peace & quiet and open space at my place while planting the early spring garden and making plans for the next leap.
California is my next stop, so if you want to consult about desert gardens, herbs, soapmaking, or whatever - let me know!
